The prep work is where it's won or lost
Most tile failures — cracking, lippage, grout crumbling — come from poor substrate prep, not the tile itself. We spend the time on the foundation so the finished surface stays flat, tight, and solid for years.
Precise layout planning
We dry-lay and plan before a single tile is set — centering patterns and accounting for cuts before the mortar goes down.
Proper substrate prep
Backer board, waterproofing membranes, and floor leveling done correctly so tile doesn't flex, crack, or shift.
Full demo and haul-off
We remove existing tile, dispose of debris, and leave the space clean — ready for you to enjoy, not clean up after.
